Elena Gallová Kriglerová

completed her sociology studies at the Arts Faculty of Comenius University. She is co-founder of the Centre for the Research of Ethnicity and Culture and has been its director since 2012. She began working for the third sector as a researcher with the Institute for Public Affairs. Cultural integration, participation of minorities, and interethnic relations are among the issues she deals with the most frequently. She has recently immersed herself in cooperation with municipalities on local level policy making. She has supervised several research projects examining the status of the Roma and migrants in Slovakia. She has authored and co-authored a number of publications dedicated to these issues.
